“I’m so grateful for Carol at the firm for taking the time to explain my legal options in laymen’s terms. And for assuring me that I have the support that I need during the entire process. I hate anything legal, but she made me feel comfortable and reassured.”

About Carol I. Zacheiss

5 stars
“Unfortunately, the circumstances turned out to be such that I had to use the services of a lawyer. I got lucky with Randall & Bruch, P.C. Their service was top notch, which is really rare for the US market. Everything was explained in detail and I am satisfied with the result. Therefore I can confidently recommend it!”

Carol I. Zacheiss was raised in the New York Metropolitan area and spent the first seven years of her legal career as a Prosecutor in both Brooklyn and the Bronx. She is an experienced, dedicated, and compassionate attorney who assists her clients with all aspects of criminal law matters. When clients are facing criminal charges and are subject to losing their freedom and civil liberties, they need an attorney that understands the distress they may be experiencing and is able to assist by providing individual attention, guidance, and sound legal advice. Carol I. Zacheiss is that attorney.

Carol also assists clients who are facing Traffic Violations and appealing Concealed Carry Permit Denials. Additionally, Carol handles matters in other areas of the law such as criminal record expungement, gun right restoration, and restraining orders. She has extensive experience in Drug Crimes and Firearms Charges and Fourth Amendment Search and Seizure.

After relocating to the Richmond, Virginia area, Carol began her legal career as a prosecutor with the Richmond City Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office where she handled violent crimes such as robberies and firearm possession charges and served on the Domestic Violence Team. Carol subsequently joined the Petersburg Public Defender’s Office after having realized that her passion lies in assisting individuals who are facing some of the most serious charges and are unable to secure quality representation otherwise. Carol next helped open up two new Public Defender’s Offices in the Tidewater area.

When Carol is not hard at work zealously advocating for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and with her two working dogs. She enjoys traveling, swimming, and reading. She also enjoys cooking, gardening, and animal rescue. Carol’s distinctive background, perspective, and life experiences allow her to passionately advocate for her clients and guide them through what may be the most challenging time of their lives.

From the first contact with Randall, McClenney, Daniels & Dunn, everything went smoothly, any questions or concerns were answered very well, and the responses were pretty fast. I hope I never have to use their services again BUT if I did, I would definitely be well taken care of and that is all anyone can ask for. – M Tolano
