Kevin D. Frank

Since attending law school at Regent University, Kevin Frank has had a desire to work in the area of family law. For over 14 years now, he has worked to help clients in the tumultuous and emotional areas of child custody, visitation, support, and divorce. While understanding the emotional struggles that come with custody, visitation, support and divorce matters, Kevin strives to provide clear, sound, reasoned guidance and understanding to his clients.

Kevin also represents clients in the areas of criminal defense, traffic violations, civil litigation and estate planning. While being a resident of Chesapeake, Kevin represents clients through all of the seven cities as well the Peninsula and Westen Tidewater.

Over 25 years a resident of Virginia, Kevin was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. A 1996 graduate of the University of Louisville with a Bachelors in Political Science, Kevin remains a devoted fan of all Louisville Cardinal athletics as well as having been a lifelong fan of the Cincinnati Reds and Cincinnati Bengals.

Kevin currently resides in Chesapeake with his wife Traci and the two youngest of his four sons. He continues to volunteer in his church music ministry where he has served for over 25 years.

Kevin also has a love of history which has led him into World War II reenacting about 10-12 times a year, Kevin trades in his suit and tie for 1940’s US Army Oliva Drap and leads a reenacting unit at various events throughout the Eastern United States.
