Jack Randall Welcomes Three New Partners: McClenney, Daniels, and Dunn Join Leadership Team


Randall, McClenney, Daniels & Dunn, P.C. is proud to announce the addition of Tammy McClenney, Christopher P. Daniels, and W. Christopher “Chris” Dunn as partners to the firm effective December 2, 2024.
Ms. McClenney specializes in divorce and custody cases as well as handling criminal and traffic violations. She also handles expungement, gun right restoration, and protective orders. A retired sergeant from the Virginia Beach Police Department, Ms. McClenney participated in and successfully completed the Virginia Law Reader program thereafter becoming a licensed attorney before opening her own firm and working as a solo practitioner before joining Randall, McClenney, Daniels & Dunn.
Mr. Daniels is a former prosecutor with years of experience representing clients in Southside Virginia. His passion is and always has been criminal law. Mr. Daniels handles assaults, narcotic offenses, and everything in between. His practice has a special focus on narcotics and cigarette trafficking, violent crimes, and DUI.
Mr. Dunn is a general practitioner who handles many different kinds of cases including criminal and DUI defense, contracts, landlord/ tenant issues, family law, and will, trusts, and estates. As a retired teacher with Chesapeake Public Schools, Chris has used his extensive experience with the public school system to represent teachers, parents, and students in matters ranging from employment and Child Protective Services Investigations to special education hearings. He is the go to attorney for the Virginia Education Association, defending teachers in Southeastern Virginia.
