William Christopher Dunn (Chris) earned degrees from the College of William and Mary, East Carolina University, Cambridge College, and the Regent University School of Law. A native of the Tidewater area, practiced as a defense attorney for the Virginia Beach Public Defender’s Office as well as internships with both Commonwealth’s Attorney and Public Defenders Office in the city of Suffolk.
